If you are wondering if you have the power to live missionally everyday, I challenge you to read Isaiah 61:1-3 and everytime you see the word “me” replace it with your name. Yes, I know this is a prophetic passage about Jesus the Messiah.
Yet, if you are in Christ, the life you now live is not your own. It is actually the life of Christ being lived out through your body as the conduit. Is this not what the Apostle Paul tells us in Galatians 2:20?
“I have been crucified with Christ;
and it is no longer I who live,
but Christ who lives in me;
and the life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith OF (not in) the Son of God,
who loved me, and delivered Himself up for me.”
Repeat these words after me …
“I am anointed to _____________________ (fill in the blank)
at a level this world has yet to see
all to the Glory of God.”
