Thursday and “ATL”

Yesterday, was a Hallelujah! day.  In the afternoon, we had some transportation problems but when I Asked the Lord what I was to do – He said, “Let the game continue.”

The youth were playing “Spoons” with the youth of the church.  During the game, a few girls were being ministered to by one of the adult counselors and Pastor Jorge.  God was working behind the scenes to bring great healing to broken lives and working in the game to build meaningful relationships.

I learned today that “Building Meaningful Relationships” are not just for the Mission Team and the people of Puerto Rico but also between the Mission Team members and JESUS!

Later, some of the college students from the local church shared with me that it meant a lot to them for me to let the game of “spoons” continue and not try to make up something for the teams to do when we had a transportation problem.

WOW!  It is great to know that God is still speaking.  The questions is, “Are we listening?”

  1. It is so good to hear and read how the Father is moving and teaching when we listen and obey. Thank you for your obedience to just be still and know who is in charge of it all!!!

  2. God created Lanny a sanguine, with a gift of gab and has blessed many with that gift, but isn’t it nice to know that He also created Lanny with a heart to hear and obey and not have to do anything but watch Him work!!! in HIS WAY! We are praying and praising!
