Faith
IS
a Verb!
God IS raising up a generation of radical believers who are ready to push the envelop of what it means to be “true” disciples of Jesus Christ.
This “Lazarus Generation” is being unwrapped from the trappings of denominationalism and the grave cloths of traditionalism.
Like Nehemiah, God is reaching down and reclaiming these “burnt stones” – people burnt by life – so as to restore and reset them in His Kingdom Wall as “living stones fit together unto a holy priesthood, offering up spiritual sacrifices” for His Glory!
I know because this process has happened to me.
God has called me out of 25+ years of pulpit ministry to blaze a trail of these new “forerunners” of His Kingdom.
I am not content to sit and study.
I have been summoned to call out those who have eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.
I have been wrecked and ruined and the ordinary is not for me.
Chasing the unusual and the radical should be the normal for every blood bought, born again believer!
I once heard it said, “We are not earthly beings having a temporary heavenly experience; but we are really heavenly beings having a temporary earthly experience.”
AMEN!
These radical believers that God is raising know that their role in the Kingdom of God is to do as Jesus did and say as Jesus said.
They have experienced the truth of manifested “power encounters” when Jesus shows up.
Every time there was a visitation of God in the Bible, there was a release of the miraculous.
These “signs and wonders” confirm the truth of the Gospel which says “these signs shall follow those that believe … (Mark 16:17).”
We must come to grips that Jesus didn’t come to give new doctrine but to release the wonder working power of God.
When Jesus truly “visits”, life as we know it is changed!
I once had a boss while working after High School who would tell me daily, “Don’t tell me.
Show me!”
God’s radical generation of believers in Christ is no longer content on sitting and learning Bible truths.
No, they desire to see the reality of faith in everyday life.
They are coming to the realization that FAITH IS putting on display the deposit of God’s glory within you.
The Apostle Paul told the Hebrews, “NOW FAITH IS …” (Hebrews 11:1).
FAITH IS an action in present tense, not passive form.
Is God using you to put on display His Glory deposited within you?
Every single person is created with a destiny.
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10).
When God formed you in your mother’s womb, no matter what the circumstances were of your conception, He fashioned and formed your every detail so that you can fulfill the destiny for which you were born.
You have been equipped to fulfill your destiny!
Will it be said of you as it was said of King David?
David served the purposes of God in his generation and then he died (Acts 13:36).
I want to challenge you to be like the believers the Prophet Daniel talks about in Daniel 11:32 “… the people who know their God will display strength and take action.”
If you sense the spirit of God stirring within you, you have been awakened to fulfill your destiny and join God’s radical generation.
This generation birthed “for such a time as this” is more than a biological age.
Anyone of any age can choose to be among this generation of radical believers.
I am prophetically calling out all the “Joshuas”, “Calebs”, Davids”, “Josephs”, “Daniels”, “Esthers”, “Deborahs” and “Pauls” to “ARISE AND SHINE FOR YOUR LIGHT HAS COME AND THE GLORY OF THE LORD HAS RISEN UPON YOU” (Isaiah 60:1).
Display God’s Glory.
Extend His Kingdom.
Put your faith into action.
